Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

Loom Remodelers (“we,” “us”) is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We only collect information you voluntarily give us through our contact, consultation, or payment forms, or when you contact us directly by phone, text, email, or in person. We use your information to respond to your request, schedule your consultation, prepare your quote, and complete your bathroom project.

Unless you ask us not to, we may email you in the future about specials, new services, or changes to this Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personally identifiable information to outside parties. This does not include trusted service providers who help us operate our website, provide email, phone, and text messaging services, run our business, or serve you, as long as they agree to keep your information confidential. We may also release information when required by law or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or those of others.

Your Phone Number

Your mobile or other phone number is used only to provide our services and communicate with you about your consultation and project. Loom Remodelers may use a trusted third-party provider for the calling and texting software we use to contact you. We will never sell your phone number to anyone.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.

SMS Terms of Service

  1. Program description: When you opt in, whether by checking the consent box on our website form or by giving verbal consent by phone or during your in-home consultation, Loom Remodelers will send you text messages about your bathroom consultation, appointment reminders, quotes, installation scheduling, and project updates. You may also text us with questions. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
  2. Opting out: You can cancel at any time by texting STOP. We will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and then you will no longer receive texts from us. To opt back in, reply START to the same number.
  3. Help: Reply HELP for assistance, call us at (856) 388-2878, or email info@loomremodelers.com.
  4. Message frequency: Message frequency varies.
  5. Rates: Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you from us and to us from you. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
  6. Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  7. Privacy: Your information is handled according to the Privacy Policy on this page.

Your Access to and Control Over Information

You may opt out of future contact from us at any time. By contacting us at the email or phone number below, you can:

Payments, Deposits, and Cancellations

Payments and deposits are governed by the written contract you sign with Loom Remodelers. As provided by New Jersey and Pennsylvania law, you may cancel a home improvement contract within three (3) business days of signing, as explained in your contract. Refunds after that period are handled according to the terms of your signed contract.
